How do I pay?: We accept the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc..), PayPal and International Wire Transfer.
If you choose the wire transfer as your payment method, you will be asked to fax or send us an email with the summary of your payment, within 7 days from the purchase date.
Is it safe to pay with credit card?: Sitewith.us uses the Paypal's secured payment method, also to manage the credit card transactions. In any case you'll be able to buy the website with your credit card, without a PayPal account.
If I buy the website, when will I be able to use it?: The website will be immediately available and you will be able to update it and publish on it immediately.
If I decide to buy, will I have to buy the site that I created during the trial period?: No. During the purchase phase you will be able to choose whether to buy the site you created or a new one.
If I end up not purchasing anything after the trial period, do I have to pay?: No. The trial period is totally free of charge and doesn't commit you to anything. At the end of the trial period you simply won't be able to update your site anymore. The site you created will be permanently deleted in ten days.
How much does a site cost and how long does a subscription last?: You can buy the services for 6 or 12 months. There are three different kind of subscriptions: Start, Professional and Premium.
If I buy a subscription (eg: Start) will i be able to upgrade it eventually?: You can upgrade your subscription whenever you want just by paying the price difference of the packages.
When my subscription expires, how do I renew it?: The renewal is not automatic. Sitewith.us will let you know via e-mail when the subscription is about to expire and you will be able to decide if you wanna renew it and for how long.
Can I buy a domain?: Sitewith.us gives you the ability to create a site but also to register a domain (www.nameofthesite.com) or to associate to your new web site a domain you've already registered.
