TYPES OF SERVICES OFFERED BY SITEWITH.US

The services' characteristic, specified in this section "Types of services offered by SiteWith.us" or "TSO" are part of the general conditions of contract mentioned in the section "Terms & Conditions" or "T&C".

All Sevices are mentioned in the Terms & Conditions. By purchasing the Service, the User states that he/she has read and accepted all the rules of the Terms & Conditions section.

Words with capital letters have a specific meaning indicated in the Terms & Conditions document.

A) Type of Services
1. Packages are subscriptions to the Service, purchased by the User, that can last from six to twentyfour months. All the packages are different in: price, timing and some other specific characteristics of the Service, such as the available Web Space, maximum monthly traffic, number or sublevels of the Web Site (Homepage excluded), possible addictional Services (Stats, Intranet, etc...)
2. Modules are additional Services to the creation of the Web Site, such as, Intranet, Stats, etc... These modules depend from the purchased Package.
3. The User is able to use a free 10 days version of the Service, called Trial version, without any purchase duty. After this 10 days period the User should decide to purchase the Service.
4. The characteristics of each single Package are indicated on the website at the moment of the Purchase.

B) Features of the Services
Here below you can find the Packages features.

1. Start Package: the Start version of the Service allows the User to purchase a subscription with the characteristics listed below. The subscription can last from 6 to 24 months after the Package Purchase. The Package allows the User to create a Website thanks to the Services offered by Sitewith.us. Once the subscription expire the User can decide whether or not to renew it. If not the Website will be disabled and all its contents will be deleted. The WebSite that a User can Purchase, Update, Manage with the Start Package has the following characteristics:

- Maximum number of pages (Home page included): ten (10).
- Maximum number of Website sublevels (Home page included): one (1).
- Domain or URLs: websitename.sitewith.us or www.websitename.com .net etc... (view also the "Domain names registration" contract )
- Maximum email accounts: 3 ( each one with 1Gb of mail space and 10Mb for the attachments). The email accounts can be enabled only after a second level Domain's registration, like www.websitename.com, executed using the Sitewith.us service (see also the "Domain names registration" contract and the "Available Domain Extensions" chapter of this document)
- Maximum Web Space available : one hundred Mb (100 Mb)
- Maximum number of visits to the website: ten thousands (10000)
- Maximum connectivity monthly traffic: two Gb (2 Gb)
- Basic statistics service for the Website
- Helpdesk via email


2. Professional Package: the Professional version of the Service allows the User to purchase a subscription with the characteristics listed below. The subscription can last from 6 to 24 months after the Package Purchase. The Package allows the User to create a Website thanks to the Services offered by Sitewith.us. Once the subscription expire the User can decide whether or not to renew it. If not the Website will be disabled and all its contents will be deleted. The WebSite that a User can Purchase, Update, Manage with the Start Package has the following characteristics:

- Maximum number of pages (Home page included): thirty (30).
- Maximum number of Website sublevels (Home page included): three (3).
- Domain or URLs: websitename.sitewith.us or www.websitename.com .net etc... (view also the "Domain names registration" contract )
- Maximum email accounts: 5 ( each one with 1Gb of mail space and 10Mb for the attachments). The email accounts can be enabled only after a second level Domain's registration, like www.websitename.com, executed using the Sitewith.us service (see also the "Domain names registration" contract and the "Available Domain Extensions" chapter of this document)
- Maximum Web Space available: two hundred and fifty Mb (250 Mb) web space + intranet
- Maximum number of visits to the website: five thousands (50000)
- Maximum connectivity monthly traffic: five Gb (5 Gb)
- Advanced statistics service for the Website
- Intranet module
- Helpdesk via email


3. Premium Package: the Start version of the Service allows the User to purchase a subscription with the characteristics listed below. The subscription can last from 6 to 24 months after the Package Purchase. The Package allows the User to create a Website thanks to the Services offered by Sitewith.us. Once the subscription expire the User can decide whether or not to renew it. If not the Website will be disabled and all its contents will be deleted. The WebSite that a User can Purchase, Update, Manage with the Start Package has the following characteristics:

- Maximum number of pages (Home page included): infinite (unlimited)
- Maximum number of Website sublevels (Home page included): four (4)
- Domain or URLs: websitename.sitewith.us or www.websitename.com .net etc... (view also the "Domain names registration" contract )
- Maximum email accounts: 10 ( each one with 1Gb of mail space and 10Mb for the attachments). The email accounts can be enabled only after a second level Domain's registration, like www.websitename.com, executed using the Sitewith.us service (see also the "Domain names registration" contract and the "Available Domain Extensions" chapter of this document)
- Maximum Web Space available : one Gb (1Gb) web space + intranet
- Maximum number of visits to the website: infinite (unlimited)
- Maximum connectivity monthly traffic: twenty Gb (20 Gb)
- Advanced statistics service for the Website
- Intranet module
- Helpdesk via email


4. Traffic and Memory, Page Number limits: the memory limit (Web Space) specified in the package are published on the Web Site and cannot be exceeded. The User will be able to Purchase extra quota of additional disk space to improve the memory capacity of his Web Space, by upgrading his Package. During this process the User will have to choose an upper level Package straight from his control panel at its related cost. The Service also has a limited monthly traffic, published on the Website and that cannot be exceeded. In case the limits are exceeded the user will not be able to modify, update and publish anything on the Site until he proceeds to purchase an Upgraded Package or until he reduces the Web Space in use. Furthermore the Service provides a limited Monthly Traffic usage specified in the Package and published online on the Client's Website. Monthly Traffic limit means not only the overtaking of the Monthly Bandwidth available, but also the overtaking of the number of maximum visits per month. In case the User overtakes those limits, an Upgrade of the Package will be necessary. In case the User doesn't want to upgrade his Website or exceeds those limits Sitewith.us might obscure the Client's Website by keeping it online with a semi-transparent layer, that will not allow any visitor to browse it. If the User decides not to upgrade his website, Sitewith.us will not be responsible for any Site's malfunction or display problem. If the User doesn't comply with the above indications Sitewith.us has the right to withdraw the Service without any refund duty, because that amount will be retained as a fine. The User has to fill the CPU capacity by sticking to the average used values of shared hosting (circa 1% of the total). In any case the User is not supposed to exceed, as highest value, the 5% of the cpu total capacity. Even in this situation Sitewith.us has the right to withdraw the Service without any refund duty, because that amount will be retained as a fine, except in case of a damages' refund. As far as the used Web Space and Traffic, the only numbers valid are the ones calculated and registered by Sitewith.us and those can be seen by the User from his control panel. The Service also has a limited number of pages defined by the Package. In case the User overtakes that limit of the purchased Package, the User will not be able to add or create further pages. In order to do that the Client will have to purchase an upgraded Package. If the Premium Package is not enough, the User can contact Sitewith.us, which will proceed to put together a new offer that suits best the needs of the client.

5. Basic Stats module of the Web Site: this module, if present in the Package purchased, allows the User to display stats about the traffic of the WebSite created with Sitewith.us. Among these parameters, as an example: the number of monthly visits to the site, the number of monthly pageviews, the amount of WebSpace occupied and the transferred monthly traffic.

6. Advanced Stats module of the Web Site: this module, if present in the Package purchased, allows the User to display stats about the traffic of the WebSite created with Sitewith.us. Among these parameters, beyond the already listed ones of the Basic stats module, as an example: the daily visits, the daily pageviews, unique users focus, information about referrals.

7. Intranet module: this module, if present in the Package purchased, allows the User to store materials in the Web Space.

8. Customer care module: this module, if present in the Package purchased, allows the User to ask for assistance by contacting the Sitewith.us staff via email. Sitewith.us will try to get back to the request, in less then 48 hours.

9. Domain names Registration Service "DRS": is part of the Services offered by Sitewith.us and can only be used after the purchase of one of the subscription packages, described in the present document (TOS). The cost of the DRS Service is included in the price of the package and is regulated by the Order of the Service itself (integral part of the TOS and the T&C).


C) Available Domain Extensions
Sitewith.us allows the Users to register or transfer their own domains with all the following extensions:

.com
.net
.org


Listed price of the services offered by Sitewith.us

The price specified in the section "Listed price of the services offered by Sitewith.us" is an integral part of the "Types of Services offered by Sitewith.us". By purchasing the Service, the User declares to have carefully read all the information of the section "Types of Services offered by Sitewith.us" and to accept all the terms indicated in it, integral part of the "Terms & Conditions". The uppercase terms have a specific meaning in the T&C section.

Listed Price

Here below is a list of the Prices of the Package starting from April 7th, 2008. All the amounts have to be payed by the User entirely during the Purchase process. The prices include all the characteristics of each Package, described in the related "Types of Services offered by Sitewith.us" section.

1. Start Package 6 months: a six months subscription to the Service costs EUR 89.00 + taxes (where is required)
2. Start Package 12 months: a twelve months subscription to the Service costs EUR 149.00 + taxes (where is required)
3. Start Package 24 months: a twenty four months subscription to the Service costs EUR 259.00 + taxes (where is required)

4. Professional Package 6 months: a six months subscription to the Service costs EUR 179.00 + taxes (where is required)
5. Professional Package 12 months: a twelve months subscription to the Service costs EUR 299.00 + taxes (where is required)
6. Professional Package 24 months: a twenty four months subscription to the Service costs EUR 529.00 + taxes (where is required)

7. Premium Package 6 months: a six months subscription to the Service costs EUR 289.00 + taxes (where is required)
8. Premium Package 12 months: a twelve months subscription to the Service costs EUR 499.00 + taxes (where is required)
9. Premium Package 24 months: a twenty four months subscription to the Service costs EUR 849.00 + taxes (where is required)

The User must not give away this contract. He declares he is not underage and that he has carefully read the contract and accepted everything that is stated in it.
